NAHF was based in 1979 by staff of the President’s Council on Bodily Health and Sports activities. NAHF accomplishes this work by fostering and supporting Governor’s and State Councils and coalitions that promote and encourages common bodily activity. Walking, lifting weights, doing chores – it is all good. No matter what you do, common exercise and bodily activity is the path to well being and properly-being.
