The Nationwide Affiliation for Health and Health (NAHF) is a non-profit organization that exists to improve the standard of life for people within the United States by means of the promotion of bodily health, sports activities and wholesome existence. Health means with the ability to perform bodily exercise. It also means having the energy and strength to feel nearly as good as possible. Getting more healthy, even a little bit, can enhance your health.
NAHF was based in 1979 by staff of the President’s Council on Physical Health and Sports activities. NAHF accomplishes this work by fostering and supporting Governor’s and State Councils and coalitions that promote and encourages common bodily activity.
